Refund and Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition in which you received it;

  • Unused and undamaged;

  • In its original packaging; and

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact Electric Art Gallery at electricartsupport@gmail.com for return authorization and shipping instructions.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when appropriate. Electric Art Gallery is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned.

Please do not send an item to this address until you have received return authorization and instructions from us.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Bulbs and adapters;

  • Custom or personalized products;

  • Sale or clearance items; and

  • Gift cards.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at electricartsupport@gmail.com so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

In most cases, an approved damage claim will result in a replacement being shipped by the next business day, subject to product availability.

Damage-Claim Documentation

The following photographs are required to process a shipping-damage claim.

Required Photographs

1. Interior Wrapping
Provide a photograph showing how the item was wrapped and protected inside the shipment.

2. Packaging Materials
Provide a photograph showing all packaging and protective materials used inside the box.

3. Shipping Label
Provide a clear photograph of the shipping label with the tracking number visible.

4. Box Manufacturer’s Certificate
Provide a close-up photograph of the round manufacturer’s certificate or stamp printed on the outside of the box.

5. All Sides of the Package
Provide two photographs that collectively show all six sides of the shipping package:

  • One photograph showing the top and two adjacent sides; and

  • One photograph showing the bottom and the opposite sides.

Photographs should be clear, well-lit, and detailed enough for the condition of the item and packaging to be evaluated.

Evidence of Severe Mishandling

If the package shows obvious evidence of mishandling—such as footprints, punctures, crushing, tears, water damage, or other significant damage—please provide clear photographs of those areas as well.

Retaining Packaging Materials

Do not discard the shipping box, wrapping, or other packaging materials until your claim has been fully resolved.

The shipping carrier may require the original packaging for inspection. Failure to retain the packaging or provide the required photographs may delay the claim or result in its denial.

Exchanges

To exchange an eligible item for a different item, return the original item according to this policy and place a new order after the return has been authorized.

This is generally the fastest way to receive the replacement item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your authorized return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Electric Art Gallery or the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please allow additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.
